Criminal Justice

Important - Read this before proceeding

These instructions are based on a task we've worked on previously. If you're looking for an answer to the same assignment, you'll need to submit an order on our writers' platform to receive a unique paper that you can confidently present as your own work. Read our "How It Works" page for more information.

Instructions: This assignment should be
approximately 5-6 double-spaced typewritten pages. A minimum of 1250 words (not
counting the title page and references). Use one-inch margins and 12-point
Times New Roman type.
APA format will be observed for this assignment. This
means there is to be a title page, as well as a reference page. The assignment
should be submitted in Word format or PDF utilizing Turnitin. This assignment
is worth 30% of your grade. No late assignments will be accepted.
Pretend you are tasked with a commanding job in the criminal
justice system. You have the ear of several high-ranking professionals that can
actually implement what you are suggesting. Building from the weekly chapter
activities develop five policy changes within the criminal justice system.
What have we seen to be “nonsense” this semester? Begin by discussing the
policy/program in detail. Then decide whether you would re-work the policy/program
or ditch it all together? Why? How would you re-work it if that chosen? If
ditched altogether, what would you implement instead?
Be very specific and descriptive. Support your answer with
sound reasoning and factual material. Remember all the propositions and
theories we have looked at. (Hint: the theories all had additional readings
posted with them that can be utilized)
To complete this assignment the textbook (at least 5
citations) and other additional outside academic sources (a minimum of
5) will be required. You may wish to divide your paper into the five
separate policies/programs you will be addressing. That is fine. Do not feel
you must make them all blend together (unless you are discussing two similar
policies/programs and that would be fine).
***Be sure to not
re-use previously submitted work. This includes material from the textbook,
unless re-phrased, or outside sources. This is to be new work***
