Argument Paper
103
The paper should seek to propose three different technologies that will have a great impact on society.
It should be six paragraphs, between 7-10 pages long (do not write under seven pages under any circumstances), and it will be due at the end of the day on the last day of class.  July 6th is the last day of this term just to remind people.
I expect three sources per body paragraph (three pieces of research included in each).  One of these sources should be a published book.  Each source should have an author, no quote pages or web pages with no names attached.
No use of first or second person is permitted in this paper.
It should be double-spaced 12-point font is required.
Begin the paper with a quote, stat or anecdote.
Remember this is a argument paper.
No Wikipedia or any other pedia.
Late papers will not be accepted.
Paper Topic
Argue for the impact of three different technologies to change society.
One should probably seek to narrow down the subject before writing the paper. Look at the example below as one way to make the paper more specific and interesting.
Thesis
There are three important medical issues that could be the use of specific technology: billing, records, and primary care.
TS one: There are multiple ways that the billing process can be streamlined through the use of technology.  This will save the industry a bazillion dollars a day.
Research that might help this paragraph: how another industry migrated billing data, the programs used in other industries to bill, the efficiency of online payments.  I would need to have specific knowledge of the kinds of changes that were being made in software, data streaming and remote care.  This is the kind of research task that will take time to complete.
